The BALC- website allows the seller to list their cotton for sale and gain immediate international exposure 24 hours per day. Cotton listed with BALC- must meet USDA classing standards and have HVI data available. The seller can choose to list for immediate bidding or set a fixed price. Listings will be proactively promoted to a network of international buyers. Updates will be provided to sellers so that they can ascertain the progress of their listed cotton. The seller has the right to withdraw the cotton from sale if unsold and retains the right to sell through other agencies.
